¼ cup of Almond flour
1 tbsp of Coconut flour
2 tbsp of milk, any type
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of vanilla
1 tsp of maple syrup
1 tbsp of maple syrup
1 tsp of cinnamon
Mix the flour, milk, baking powder, vanilla, maple syrup and egg together in a mug.
Mix the maple syrup and cinnamon together and drizzle the syrup on top of the cake batter in a swirling motion.
Microwave for 2 minutes.
Remove the cinnamon bun from the mug and slice into halves to create too circular buns.
Add a scoop of ice cream between 2 buns and enjoy!
