All-Dressed Cauli

Prep Time: 20 min - Cook time: 30-35 min - Total time: 55 min



Ingredients:

HEALTHY U Tahini Caesar Dressing:

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons tahini paste

Juice of 1 lemon

1 teaspoon honey

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon dried parsley

1 tablespoon dried basil

4 garlic cloves, whole

2 shallots, cut into wedges

1 head of cauliflower

1 tbsp pinenuts



Instructions:
  1. Place whole cauliflower head on BBQ over low-medium heat and add whole garlic cloves and shallot wedges to the pan.

  2. Drizzle on the tahini caesar dressing on top.

  3. Cook for 25-35 minutes

  4. Alternative - bake in oven at 400F for 30-35 minutes.
