Ingredients and instructions:
1 apple, cut into rings (use an apple corer or use a paring knife to cut the top and bottom and press out the apple core)
Spread: Nut/seed butter or Greek yogurt
Toppings: Dried fruit, seeds, nuts, cinnamon, shredded coconut, chocolate chips, your favourite toppings
