Apple Pie Stuffing with Caramel Drizzle

Prep time: 20 minutes - Cook time: 45 minutes - Total time: 1 hour and 5 minutes

Servings: 4-6



1 tsp coconut oil

4 apples chopped

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 tsp allspice, nutmeg and salt


3 tbsp maple sugar

2/3 cup almond flour

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 tsp cinnamon

1 cup pecans or almonds chopped


2 tbsp natural almond butter

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla


Apple Pie Mixture:

  1. Add all Apple pie mixture ingredients into a frying pan.

  2. Cook on frying pan for 5-7 minutes on medium heat.

Creamy base:

  1. In a blender, add almonds or pecans and mix until finely grated.

  2. Mix all above ingredients into a bowl and add to the bottom of a baking dish.

  3. Remove the Apple pie mixture from the stove and add on top of creamy base layer.

  4. Bake 2 layers combined at 350F x 30-35 minutes

Caramel drizzle:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix until well combined

  2. Before serving, warm up drizzle in the microwave for 60 - 90 seconds.
