Apple Soufflé

Ingredients

2 apples, cut into thin slices

1 tbsp coconut oil

3 tbsp maple syrup (1 tbsp for apples)

1/2 cup almond flour

1 tbsp tapioca flour

1/4 cup milk

2 eggs

1 tbsp Healthy U Vanilla Pumpkin Spice

Alternative to Healthy U Vanilla Pumpkin Spice

1 tbsp ground cinnamon

1 tsp ground nutmeg

1 tsp ground cardamom

2 tsp vanilla sugar

1 tsp ground cloves


Instructions
  1. Heat coconut oil and 1 tbsp of maple syrup at medium heat on an iron skillet.

  2. Add in the apples in a circular pattern. Add in 1 tsp of the pumpkin spice. Be careful not to burn your fingers!

  3. In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients and stir until combined. Add to the iron skillet.

  4. Bake at 425F for 15-20 minutes!
