Bok choy and tofu salad

Ingredients:

4 large bok choy, chopped

1 package of extra firm tofu, cooked


Salad dressing:

1 tbsp sesame oil oil

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1/2 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp grated ginger

1 tsp grated garlic


Instructions:
  1. Combine bok choy and cooked tofu into a big bowl

  2. Add all salad dressing ingredients into a small bowl and drizzle on top of salad.
