2 ½ cups broccoli florets chopped
2 cloves garlic finely minced
¼ cup almond flour
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Salt & pepper to taste
Cut the crowns away from the large stems of the broccoli.
Bring a pot of water to a boil and steam the broccoli for 5 minutes.
Once cooled, remove and chop into tiny pieces.
Add remaining ingredients into the bowl and combine into evenly mixed.
Spray a baking dish with cooking oil and scoop in evenly distributed mixture into each cupcake hole. Press down on each mixture.
Bake at 375F for 20 minutes
