Ingredients
1 head Cauliflower
3 tbsp Healthy U BBQ Grillin’ spice
Alternative to Healthy U BBQ Grillin Spice
4 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp salt & black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp mustard powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1⁄2 tsp cinnamon
4 tbsp Oil
Toppings: Black beans, Cherry tomatoes, cheese, red onions, guacamole and greek yogurt
Instructions
Chop up the cauliflower into cubes and sprinkle oil and spice on top
Chop all any ingredients you wish to add on top (do not add the sauces on yet)
Bake cauliflower at 425F without the vegetables until a light brown colour is achieved then add vegetable toppings and bake until vegetables are crisp and tender.
Drizzle Guacamole and greek yogurt
