4 parsnips, peeled and sliced
2-3 tbsp oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, diced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup fresh grated SHARP cheese
Peel and cut off root of the parsnip.
Cut into ½ inch slices and aline on a baking sheet.
Mix oil, minced garlic, diced rosemary, and salt together and spread evenly over parsnips.
Top with freshly grated sharp cheese before baking.
Put into the oven at 435F for 25-35 minutes.
