Cheesy Smashed Brussel Sprouts

Prep Time: 20 min - Cook Time: 50 min - Total Time: 70 min

Ingredients List:

1lbs brussel sprouts, steamed for 10-12 minutes

2-3 tbsp oil

1/2 tsp salt & pepper

1 cup grated sharp cheese



Instructions:
  1. Cut the ends of the brussel sprouts off and steam for 10-12 minutes.

  2. Once steamed, add to a baking dish and use a cup to smash each brussel sprout.

  3. Add the ingredients above and bake at 425 F for 45-50 minutes, until crispy
