Prep Time: 20 min - Cook time: 40 min - Total time: 1 hour
Ingredients:
2-3 cups fruit, fresh or frozen
E.g. Cherries, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, peaches, dates, pear, mango
1 tsp maple syrup
2 tbsp lemon juice (1-2 wedges)
2-3 tbsp of chia seeds
Instructions:
Add the above ingredients to a pot on low-heat, and cook for 5-10 minutes, and then blend/mash with fork
Let the fruit mixture cool
Add chia seeds, and let it sit for 20-30 minutes!
