Chicken Salad Cucumber Crackers

Ingredients

Chicken breast baked and chopped

½ tbsp of Healthy U Basil Lemon Twist

Alternative to Healthy U Basil Lemon Twist

2 tbsp lemon pepper

2 tsp dried basil

2 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp dried thyme leaves

¼ tsp salt

2 tbsp of Basil, chopped

1 lemon squeezed

2 tbsp of Hummus

1 tsp of minced garlic

1 tbsp of Dijon Mustard

1/4 cup of Red Onion, chopped

½ Avocado



Instructions
  1. Cut up cucumber into thin slices

  2. Prepare Basil Lemon chicken mixture, adding all the ingredients into a bowl

  3. Place a small amount of the mixture on top of each cucumber slice. Adding some extra seasoning or hot sauce on top
