Makes 16 servings
1 can (15 ounces) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 tbsp nut butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsps almond flour
Blend ingredients together, and add ½ cup chocolate chips (optional).
Start rolling into cake pop balls (makes ~15-18), and add to a baking tray with parchment paper.
Add cake pop sticks to each ball.
Put the baking tray in the freezer for 60 minutes.
