Chickpea Dough Cake Pops

Prep time: 15 minutes - Fridge time: 1 hour - Total time: 1hour 15 minutes

Makes 16 servings


1 can (15 ounces) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

2 tbsp nut butter

1 tbsp maple syrup

3 tbsps almond flour

  1. Blend ingredients together, and add ½ cup chocolate chips (optional).

  2. Start rolling into cake pop balls (makes ~15-18), and add to a baking tray with parchment paper.

  3. Add cake pop sticks to each ball.

  4. Put the baking tray in the freezer for 60 minutes.
