Prep Time: 20 min - Cook time: 35 min - Total time: 55 min
Ingredients
1 cup of almond flour
1/2 cup of almond butter
3 bananas
1 egg
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp ground flax seed
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix just until ingredients are incorporated
Scoop batter into a greased or muffin liner lined muffin tin. Each cup should be about ¾ full
Bake at 350 F for around 20-35 minutes. You can prick a muffin with a toothpick and if it comes out clean they are done.
