Crispiest Tofu Croutons with salad idea!

Prep Time: 20 min - Cook time: 30 min - Total time: 50 min


Ingredients:

1 pkg extra firm tofu

2 tbsp of cornstarch

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp salt

3 tbsp canola oil


Salad dressing:

1 tbsp honey

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp rice vinegar

2 tbsp sesame oil

1 tsp of fresh ginger


Salad ingredients:

Cabbage

1 cup edamame beans

2 tbsp sesame seeds



Instructions:
  1. Pat tofu down with paper towels to remove moisture. Cut into cubes.

  2. Dip each cube into cornstarch and then pan fry

  3. Add in cabbage, edamame and sesame seeds. Stir salad and enjoy!
