Crispy Fish Sticks

1lb fresh cod or tilapia fish

Wet mixture:

2 eggs

2 tbsp milk

Dry mixture:

1 cup almond flour

2 tbsp coconut flour

1 tsp garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dill, and salt

  1. Whisk the egg together with milk and add all the dry ingredients together.

  2. Cut the fish into sticks/strips and soak in the wet mixture then transfer over to the dry mixture, coating it evenly.

  3. Lay it out on a baking tray and spray each fish strip with cooking oil for a crispy texture.

  4. Bake at 400F for 15-20 minutes.
