Hailey Bieber Toast

Prep time: 5 minutes - Cook time: 10 minutes - Total time: 15 minutes


@mestemacher_thelifestylebakery walnut protein bread (NET carbs = 7g per slice + 9g protein)

Dash of truffle oil & salt

2 slices of fresh mozzarella cheese

Handful of sliced cherry tomatoes

Sprinkle of grated sharp cheddar

Spoonful of warm marinara sauce

Sprinkle of fresh basil

Fresh Parmesan cheese, grated

  1. Heat a pan on medium heat. Sprinkle truffle oil and salt on both sides of the bread and lightly toast in the pan.

  2. Once toasted, remove bread from pan and place on a lined baking sheet.

  3. Add 2 slices of fresh mozzarella, a handful of sliced cherry tomatoes, and a sprinkle of shredded sharp cheddar on top of each slice of bread.

  4. Bake at 400ºF for 10-12 min.

  5. Remove toast from oven. Add a spoonful of marinara sauce, fresh basil, and freshly grated parmesan cheese.
