Dash of truffle oil & salt
2 slices of fresh mozzarella cheese
Handful of sliced cherry tomatoes
Sprinkle of grated sharp cheddar
Spoonful of warm marinara sauce
Sprinkle of fresh basil
Fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
Heat a pan on medium heat. Sprinkle truffle oil and salt on both sides of the bread and lightly toast in the pan.
Once toasted, remove bread from pan and place on a lined baking sheet.
Add 2 slices of fresh mozzarella, a handful of sliced cherry tomatoes, and a sprinkle of shredded sharp cheddar on top of each slice of bread.
Bake at 400ºF for 10-12 min.
Remove toast from oven. Add a spoonful of marinara sauce, fresh basil, and freshly grated parmesan cheese.
