1 large spoonful pesto (any type)
¼ cup bruschetta sauce OR jarred salsa
2 large spoonfuls pico de gallo OR fresh salsa
To a heated pan, mix together pesto, bruschetta sauce, and pico de gallo
Use a spoon to make 4 small wells in the sauce and crack an egg into each well
Cover the pan and cook on medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes for a runny finish!
