Prep time: 15 minutes - Cook time: 20 minutes - Total time: 35 minutes
2-3 chicken breast, cut in half (butterflied)
3/4 cup almond flour
3 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
2 eggs, whisked
Cut all chicken in half.
Mix almond flour and lemon pepper seasoning together
Dip the chicken through in egg batter and then in lemon pepper flour seasoning
Spray with oil before putting into the oven.
Bake at 400F for 18 to 22 minutes
