Marshmellow Bites

Makes 17 servings


1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes, toasted

1 cup almond slices or slivers, toasted

1-2 tbsp coconut oil

3 cups marshmallows

1/4 cup sea salt chocolate chips @hersheyscanada

  1. Toast coconut and almonds in the oven at 350F for 6-10 minutes

  2. In a pan add coconut oil over low-medium heat and add in the marshmallows. After 1-2 minutes of letting the marshmallows melt, add the toasted coconut & almonds and chocolate chips.

  3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper, sprayed with oil to prevent sticking of batter.

  4. Store in the fridge for 20 minutes before cutting and serving.
