Mini Egg Brownies

Ingredients

Ingredients for Brownies:

2 cups of Almond flour

2 tsp of Baking powder

½ tsp of salt

½ cup of cocoa powder

½ cup of almond milk

¼ cup of melted coconut oil

2 eggs

2 tsp of vanilla extract

½ cup of Applesauce

¼ cup of maple syrup


Ingredients for Icing:

¼ cup of applesauce

2 tbsp of melted coconut oil

2 tbsp of cocoa powder

1 tbsp of maple syrup

½ cup of crushed mini eggs





Instructions
  1. For brownies: Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients in 2 separate bowls then combine together

  2. Add into a baking tray and bake at 350F for 18-20 minutes

  3. For icing: Combine all ingredients in a bowl

  4. Once the brownies are finished and cooled, spread the icing on top
