Naan Bread

Makes 4 servings


Ingredients

½ cup of Almond flour (or ¼ cup of Coconut flour)

½ cup of Tapioca flour

¾ cup of Almond milk/coconut milk

Optional: Salt and Garlic powder



Instructions
  1. Add flour and milk to a bowl.

  2. Scoop into a pan, add spices and cook on low-medium heat.

  3. Flip until golden brown on both sides.

Hi Alissa, regarding the Naan, is there a substitute for tapioca flour that I can use?


Also, if I may, I would like to make a suggestion to add to your recipes? I know this may be time consuming for you but, nevertheless, it would be so helpful to your following. Would it be possible for you to add comments as to storage options (fridge, freezer, cupboard, wrapped or unwrapped, airtight container or plastic bag). Also, length of time it will keep in the manner you suggest.
