Ingredients
1 Red bell pepper
2 eggs
½ tbsp of Healthy U Mexico spice
Alternative to Healthy U Mexico Spice
1 tsp garlic powder
1⁄2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1⁄2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
1⁄2 tsp salt & black pepper
1⁄2 ground cinnamon
1⁄2 ground cloves
1-2 tbsp of Feta cheese
Instructions
Slice peppers into rings. Whisk eggs in a bowl
Over medium heat, add oil and lay out the peppers. Add some of the whisked egg into each pepper ring, add spice and crumble feta cheese on top. Cook until done
