Portabello Buns & Chicken Burgers

Prep Time: 30 min - Cook time: 20 min- Total time: 50 min

This recipe uses Portobello mushrooms in place of the buns!

Chicken Burgers:

1 lb ground chicken

1 zucchini grated, squeezed

2 eggs

1 onion, thinly sliced

1-2 tbsp hemp seeds

1 tbsp Healthy U Onion Overload

Alternative to Healthy U Onion Overload spice

2 tsp minced onion

2 tsp granulated onion

2 tsp onion powder

1 tsp salt

1 tsp chives

1/2 tsp salt

  1. Mix all ingredients together and form patties

  2. Pan fry mushrooms and patties separately until cooked. Mushrooms will take 4-5 minutes each side and patties will make 10-12 minutes each side, until golden brown

  3. Enjoy!
