Rosé Kale Salad

Prep time: 15 minutes - Cook time: 0 minutes - Total time: 15 minutes



1 head black kale or 1 pkg spinach

2 cups strawberries, quartered

1 cup raspberries

3 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted until golden

½ red onion, finely sliced

Mozzarella & feta cheese


¼ cup EVOO

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp honey

Salt & pepper to taste

  1. Destem kale by hand or use a knife to cut out the stem. Roll all the kale up and cut to your liking.

  2. Cut strawberries into quarters and mix with kale in a salad bowl. Add raspberries, toasted pine nuts and finely sliced red onion.

  3. Drizzle on salad dressing and mix everything well before serving.
