Ingredients:
Dressing
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 lemon, juice only
1/2 tsp honey
1 tbsp Healthy U Za’atar Spice
Alternative to Healthy U Za'atar Spice
2 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp sumac
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp dried marjoram
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt + pepper, to taste
Combine all ingredients into a bowl
Salad Bowl:
1 head kale, chopped
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 cucumber, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 carrot chopped, chopped
1 cup cauliflower, chopped
1 apple, chopped
Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and drizzle dressing
Instructions:
In a blender add zucchini, basil, garlic, almonds, cheese and lemon zest and oil
Mix until a smooth consistency
