Service Description

x1 Initial Assessment and x3 Coaching visits. Coaching visits more frequent and quick visits, book in for virtual mini coaching visits to check-in with our Registered Dietitian and boost motivation between visits. These coaching sessions are offered to maintain accountability to health behaviour changes and ensure you stay on track. Coaching visits include a brief review of goals, a review of your progress to date, a celebration of your successes and continued support to overcome obstacles and reach your nutrition and health goals.
