Alissa is skilled at preparing recipes for every lifestyle and occasion, equipped with the nutrition expertise to add a healthy spin to your favourite recipes. Prior to your class, recipes can be submitted to Alissa via email allowing her to adapt the ingredients and preparation methods to ensure they are suited to your nutritional needs and goals. Budget friendly, nutrient packed recipe ideas can also be provided by our team for your kitchen inspiration. Groceries are not included in the purchase of this cooking class. An ingredient list will be provided to you a week in advance to purchase in time for the class.
