All-Purpose Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

1 head of cauliflower, chopped

1 tbsp of Healthy U India spice

Alternative to Healthy U India Spice

2 tsp ground coriander

1 tbsp ground cumin

1 tbsp garam masala

2 tsp ground turmeric

2 tsp dry ground mustard

2 tsp salt & black pepper

1 tbsp of sesame oil

1 tbsp honey



Instructions
  1. Coat cauliflower with India Spice and sesame oil. Roast in oven at 425F for 20 minutes.

  2. Remove from oven and add honey. Roast again for 10-15 minutes.
