Ingredients
2 eggs
½ cup coconut oil
¼ cup maple syrup
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 ¾ cup blanched almond flour
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350ºF and spray cast iron skillet with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients (except chocolate chips) then fold in chocolate chips.
Add mixture to skillet and bake for 15 minutes.
