Cannoli Cheesecake

Prep time: 5 minutes - Cooking time: 55-60 minutes Total time: 60-65 minutes

We are talking EASY, DELICIOUS, SATISFYING - a dessert that keeps you on track with your health goals, and made with all natural ingredients. Yes, there is 15g of protein per slice!


Ingredients
  • 2 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt (or vanilla for extra sweetness)

  • 3 eggs

  • ½ cup tapioca starch

  • ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips Optional: sprinkle with icing sugar for a sweet finish


Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. Pour into a parchment lined loaf tin. Bake at 350F for 55-60 minutes.

  3. Let cool for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with icing sugar and enjoy!
