Crispy Kale Tahini Caesar Salad!

Salad Ingredients:

2 cups Kale, remove steam and chop

1 Red onion, chopped

1 cup Parmesan cheese

1 Avocado, sliced

4 cobs of Corn

1 can Chickpeas

4 tbsp Healthy U Shawarma spice

Alternative to Healthy U Shawarma Spice

1 tsp salt & black pepper

1 tbsp ground allspice

1 tbsp garlic powder

2 tsp ground cloves

2 tsp ground cinnamon

2 tsp ground nutmeg

2 tsp ground cardamom

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp dried oregano

2 tbsp Olive oil

Tahini Caesar Dressing:

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

2 tbsp tahini paste

Juice of 1 lemon

1 tsp honey

2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 tsp salt

1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 tbsp dried parsley

1 tbsp dried basil


Chickpea and Corn:

  1. Add Corn and chickpeas onto a baking sheet and add oil and shawarma spice

  2. Bake until crispy

Salad Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, add all dressing ingredients

  2. Add kale, onions, avocado, corn and chickpeas into a large bowl and drizzle salad dressing
