Ingredients
3 medium ripe bananas
1/4 cup almond butter
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp Healthy U Vanilla Chai Spice
Alternative to Healthy U Vanilla Chai Spice
2 tsp ground cardamom
2 tsp ground allspice
2 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp ground cloves
2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp vanilla sugar
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup toasted pecans or almonds
1/2 cup toasted coconut flakes
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix just until all ingredients are incorporated.
350F for 30 minutes.
Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Store in an airtight container, this will make your bread more moist the next day!
