Garlic Cauliflower Mash

Prep Time: 20 min - Cook time: 15 min - Total time: 35 min


Ingredients:

1 medium cauliflower, chopped

1 cup of parmesan cheese

Drizzle of olive oil

5 cloves of garlic, minced



Instructions:
  1. Steam cauliflower until tender (~4-8 min) at medium heat. Remove and set aside.

  2. In a bowl or pot add cauliflower, and you can cut the florets into smaller pieces as it will make it easier to puree.

  3. Then add parmesan cheese, oil and garlic and pureed until smooth with a hand blender. You can also try using a heat safe food processor or blender.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
