1 ½ - 2 cups fresh or frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
2 tbsp raw walnuts
2 tbsp unsalted sunflower seeds
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 ice cube (if berries are fresh and not frozen)
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
