Pomegranate Shakshuka

Prep time: 5 minutes - Cooking time: 10-15 minutes Total time: 15-20minutes

The ultimate combo for less inflammation!

  • 2-3 cups pomegranate seeds

  • 1 large white onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • ½ tsp salt and garlic powder

  • 4 eggs

  • Toppings: brie cheese, toasted pine nuts, thinly sliced fresh basil

  1. In a large sauce pan on medium heat combine pomegranate seeds, onion and garlic. Sprinkle with seasoning.

  2. Once onions are translucent make 4 indents with the back of a spoon and crack 1 egg in each.

  3. Cover with a lid until eggs are cooked through. Top with toppings of choice and enjoy!
