Homemade spiced almonds

Prep time: 20 minutes - Cook time: 30 minutes - Total time: 50 minutes


1 1/2 cups unsalted almonds

1/2 cup garlic cloves, chopped

2 tbsp fresh rosemary, diced

3 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Zest from 1 lemon

  1. Mix all ingredients into one bowel until well incorporated

  2. Place mixture down and pat into a circular shape. Cut into triangles or scone shaped pieces

  3. Preheat oven to 350 and bake for 15-20 minutes
