Ingredients
1 Acorn squash
1 brie cheese pkg
1-2 tbsp oil
1-2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp chili flakes
Instructions
Cut the top and bottom of the acorn off and slice into thin 1 inch slices
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and add acorn squash, spaced out evenly.
Slice the brie cheese in thin slices and add 1 slice on top of each acorn
Drizzle with olive oil, honey, salt and chilli flakes
Bake at 400 F for 25-30 minutes
