Ingredients:
Ingredients for 1 batch:
1 cup spinach
½ cup mango, frozen
½ cup strawberries, frozen
1 clementine, peeled
⅓ banana
2 tbsps hemp seeds
1 date, dried
1 tsp ginger
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ milk (any type)
Instructions:
Blend!
Serve right away or freeze in jars, leaving 1 inch space from the lid
Thaw in the fridge overnight before serving.
Tips:
Tip 1: 1 cup of Greens, such as Kale and Spinach
Tip 2: 1-2 servings of Fresh Fruit, such as berries, apples, bananas and pears
Tip 3: A serving of protein, such as Greek yogurt, Tofu, Nut butter or Hemp seeds
Tip 4: Unsweetened milk for blending
Tip 5: Flavourings, such as cinnamon, ginger, honey, lemon juice, flaxseeds or chia seeds
