Triple Protein Dessert Breakfast Smoothie

Prep time: 10 minutes - Cook time: 0 minutes - Total time: 10 minutes


1 apple, diced

1 banana, diced (preferred frozen)

3/4 cup extra firm tofu, diced

2 tbsp almond butter

1 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp cocoa powder

1 tsp cinnamon

2 cups creamy almond milk

Optional 4-5 ice-cubes

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth!

  2. Makes 2 portions, save one for later in a mason jar - in the fridge or freezer!
