3-Cheese Shrimp Pasta (Lentil or Chickpeas Noodles

Prep Time: 30 min - Cook time: 20 min - Total time: 50 min


Ingredients:

½ cup Parmesan cheese, chunk

½ cup goat or feta cheese, chunk

½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 pint cherry tomatoes, roasted

2 garlic cloves, roasted

1 pkg legume pasta (I used lentil pasta)

1 ½ cups shrimp, frozen

½ cup basil, chopped

2 tbsp Healthy U Italian Seasoning

Alternative to Healthy U Italian Seasoning

2 tbsp dried basil

2 tbsp dried oregano

1 tbsp dried rosemary

2 tbsp dried parsley

1 tbsp dried thyme

1 tbsp red chili flakes

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt & black pepper

Oil for baking, throughout prep



Instructions:
  1. Bake at 425F, all ingredients in ONE dish for 15-20 min

  2. Mix melted cheese throughout pasta & serve
