Ingredients
½ cup of chia seeds
½ cup of sunflower seeds
½ cup of pumpkin seeds
½ cup of sesame seeds
1 tbsp of Healthy U Everything Spice
Alternative to Healthy U Everything Spice
2 tsp white sesame seeds
1 tsp dried minced onion
1 tsp dried minced garlic
1 tsp black sesame seeds
1 tsp salt
1⁄2 tsp poppy seeds
½ tsp of salt
1 cup of water
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a bowl, mix well and let sit for 2 minutes.
Spread out onto a baking sheet
Bake at 300 F for 35 minutes then flip for another 20 minutes. Break up into pieces and enjoy
