Ingredients
2 cups Greek yogurt (plain for tart, or vanilla or lemon yogurt flavours for a sweeter finish)
4 eggs
¼ cup + 2 tbsp tapioca flour
1 lemon, zest and juice Toppings: Honey
Directions
Combine above ingredients in a large bowl.
Transfer to a parchment lined loaf pan.
Bake at 350F for 60 minutes.
Once cooled top with a honey drizzle for a sweeter version. Enjoy!
