Lemon Cheesecake

Prep time: 5 minutes - Cooking time: 60 minutes Total time: 65 minutes

Ready with only 4-ingredients and the best part, each slice has almost 10g protein, and a great source of calcium!


  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain for tart, or vanilla or lemon yogurt flavours for a sweeter finish)

  • 4 eggs

  • ¼ cup + 2 tbsp tapioca flour

  • 1 lemon, zest and juice Toppings: Honey

  1. Combine above ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. Transfer to a parchment lined loaf pan.

  3. Bake at 350F for 60 minutes.

  4. Once cooled top with a honey drizzle for a sweeter version. Enjoy!
