Hot 'Cheetos'

Prep time: 5 minutes - Cooking time: 35-45 minutes Total time: 40-50 minutes


Ingredients

  • 2 cans white cannellini beans

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika

  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast

  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp salt

Directions
  1. Drain and rinse cannellini beans.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss to coat.

  3. Spread evenly on a parchment lined baking sheet.

  4. Bake at 425 F for 35-45 minutes. Enjoy!


*Pro tip make sure to have space between each bean for a crispy finish!
