5 Ingredient Pancakes

Ingredients List:
  • 2 eggs

  • ½ tapioca flour

  • ½ cup almond flour

  • ½ cup applesauce

  • 1 tsp baking powder


Instructions:
  1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Whisk in eggs.

  3. Fold in applesauce.

  4. Mix until combined.

  5. On a pan or skillet heat to medium and grease with oil. Scoop batter into pan/skillet. Flip when one side is firm.
