Ingredients

  • ½ cup nut butter (almond butter used; peanut, cashew, or sunflower butter all work)

  • ½ cup collagen powder or protein powder (see notes below)

  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup

  • ¼ cup almond flour

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste

  • 3 tablespoons chocolate chips

  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds


Optional Toppings

  • Melted chocolate drizzle

  • Maldon sea salt flakes (highly recommended ✨)


Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together the nut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.

  2. Add the collagen or protein powder, almond flour, ground flax seeds, and chocolate chips.

  3. Mix until a thick cookie dough forms.

  4. Divide into 8 equal portions and roll into balls.

  5. Enjoy immediately—or add an optional chocolate drizzle and finish with flaky sea salt.
