Apple Maple Sprouts

Prep time: 15 minutes - Cook time: 30 minutes - Total time: 45 minutes


4 cups brussels sprouts, quartered

2 tbsp oil

Salt & pepper

3 tbsp maple syrup

4 cloves garlic, minced

2/3 cup raw slivered almonds

1 apple sliced

  1. Chop brussel sprouts into quarters and place them on a lined baking sheet.

  2. Drizzle on olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake at 425 F for 20 minutes

  3. Remove from the oven and add maple syrup, garlic, almonds, and apples. Bake for another 5-10 minutes
