1 banana, sliced into 12 pieces
¼ cup applesauce
¼ cup arrowroot or tapioca flour
¼ cup almond flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp vanilla extract
Topping: Healthy U Vanilla Pumpkin Spice & maple syrup
Alternative to Healthy U Vanilla Pumpkin Spice
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground cardamom
2 tsp vanilla sugar
1 tsp ground cloves
Preheat oven to 350ºF & line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients except banana.
Dip banana slices into the mixture and place them onto the baking sheet.
Bake for 10-13 minutes, until banana pancakes are golden brown.
