Prep time: 5 minutes - Cook time: 10 minutes - Total time: 15 minutes
1 tbsp oil
1 pkg extra firm tofu
1/4 cup grated cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Place a pan on medium heat and coat in oil.
Crumble tofu into the pan and add all other ingredients.
Scramble until cheese is fully melted and well combined with the tofu.
