Butter Toffee Caramel Scones

Prep time: 20 minutes - Cook time: 18-20 minutes - Total time: 40-48 minutes

Servings: 8-12

  • 1 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour (you can add little more to maintain height of scones)

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  • 3-4 tbsp maple syrup or honey

  • ¾ cup Skor pieces (butter toffee pieces)

  1. Combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and Skor pieces to form a dough.

  2. Roll dough into two small balls, lightly flatten and cut into triangles.

  3. On a lined baking sheet, drizzle caramel sauce and sprinkle butter toffee (Skor) pieces all over.

  4. Place triangle dough pieces on the baking sheet.

  5. Bake at 400F for 14 minutes.
